Many of us have a backpack full of unacknowledged child pain, trauma and anxieties. Keeping aal this under lock and key can have a negative and lasting effect; not just on our minds, but on our whole lives.

Trauma happens when we have no choice. And these experiences can have a lasting impact on our physical and emotional health and well-being.
